Who Best Look Strategy Coaching is for

For men between 30 and 55 who train, but do not see in the mirror what they expect – even though training and nutrition “should be fine”. The focus is on the visible look, not theory on paper – but on 20+ years of real gym floor experience.

What happens during the 6-week program

The goal is a look you can actually understand. Less water film, sharper contours, more consistent pump – through a system of training, nutrition, salt, water and timing that fits your day-to-day life.

1. Initial analysis (around 45 min)

We go through things in a structured way:

Look (photos, problem areas) Training & pump Nutrition & timing Salt & water habits Stress & sleep Daily life (job, family, schedule) Health considerations

This forms the basis for your personal 6-week roadmap.

2. Individual 6-week plan

Instead of changing everything at once, we work with your real life:

  • clear daily rhythm from wake-up to sleep
  • salt and water system aligned with your blood pressure and daily routine
  • carb timing around training and on rest days
  • training adjusted so look and pump are the main focus
  • rules for high-stress phases so you do not fall back to zero

3. Weekly look analysis

Once per week we look at your progress with a clear head:

  • comparison of photos (front/side, normal lighting)
  • body weight and, if needed, measurements
  • subjective feeling: flat, soft, full, tight, empty
  • training: pump, strength, fatigue, recovery

Based on that we adjust salt, water, carbs and training.

4. Short messenger support (Mon–Fri)

So small issues do not become big problems:

  • short updates on weight and daily form
  • feedback if pump drops, you feel exhausted or the “water look” comes back
  • quick adjustments if meals or appointments move around

The goal: you stay inside the system instead of restarting from scratch every time something comes up.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be very experienced in the gym to start?
You should know the basic movements and not be a complete beginner. Best Look Strategy Coaching is for men who already train, but are stuck when it comes to their look.
Do I need access to a gym?
Yes. You should have access to a gym with standard equipment so we can properly control training and look.
What if I currently do not feel comfortable going to the gym?
Many men who start with me feel uncomfortable in the gym at first – be it due to excess weight, lack of orientation or the fear that others are watching. That is completely normal and one of the reasons why this coaching focuses exactly on that.

We make the process professional and step by step: I guide you through the entire gym sign-up process, help you choose a suitable gym and prepare you in a way that you feel safe from day one and know exactly what you are going to do there.

You do not have to “get in shape first” before going to the gym. I meet you exactly where you are and make sure you know your way around and start with a clear plan.
Do I have to completely change my diet?
No. We work with what is realistic for you. Often, clear changes in structure, timing, salt and water distribution and carb placement are enough – without rebuilding your whole life.
Which supplements and kitchen tools do I need for the program?
You do not need to buy a lot of equipment. For most men, 3–5 basics are enough (whey, creatine, salt, a decent pan, a kitchen scale). Everything else is optional and only makes daily execution easier.

Is this medical advice?
No. The focus is on training, daily life, nutrition and look management. Medical questions, diagnoses or adjustments to medication always belong in the hands of a doctor.
What if I have a very stressful week?
Then we adjust the plan to that phase. The goal is a system that works in real life – not just under ideal conditions. You can flag such weeks early via messenger so we can react in time.
