1. Start assessment (~45 min)

We go through this, structured:

Look (photos, problem areas), Training & pump, Nutrition & timing, Salt & water behavior, Stress & sleep, Daily life (work, family, schedule), Health

This becomes your personal 6-week roadmap.

2. Personalized 6-week plan

We work with your real life:

  • clear daily rhythm from wake-up to sleep
  • salt & water system aligned with your day and constraints
  • carb timing around training and on rest days
  • training adjusted so look & pump are the focus
  • rules for stressful phases - without restarting from zero

3. Weekly look review

Once per week we check the progression:

  • photo comparison
  • weight and measurements
  • subjective feel: flat, soft, full, tight, empty
  • training: pump, strength, fatigue, recovery

Then we adjust salt, water, carbs, and training.

4. Short messenger support (Mon–Fri)

So small issues don’t become big problems:

  • quick weight and daily-form updates via message
